mackdaddy Posted May 20, 2015 Share Posted May 20, 2015 Have been through so many article on this. I have a store that is based in the Turks and Caicos Islands. But I only want to ship to Turks and Caicos, So trying to set up a free shipping carrier just for Turks and Caicos seems to not work. I just get he No Carrier error I reinstalled on another URL and got the original one to work that was just using North America.
