jeyjoo
Hi, We have a new PS 1.6 store. Taxes work fin e when logged in, but are not working when logged out. We have tried changing the customer group "Visitor" setting using with AND without tax, but either way the prices are always displayed without VAT. A number of other people have had this problem without a solution. Is this a Prestashop bug or are we missing something? Advice would be appreciated. Thanks

medred
It seems that the problem appears when we choose different tax rules for each state of a country. Makes sense because the system can’t really identify the visitor’s state. It would be useful though to be able to set a default tax rule for visitors.
