Dashboard problem / categories that were pre-installed

Hi,

 

My dashboard says I have 5226 orders (what isn't true), and I just started? I think this was pre-installed when I installed it?

How can I solve that?

 

For example also, there were categories like dresses, etc.. (see yellow on attachment) But how can I delete them so that they don't appear in the statistics?

Hello,

 

for the statistics, it's because you have the "demo mode" enabled. On your dashboard, look on the bottom-right of the page, and disable that.

 

For the categories and stuff ( which don't appear in your real statistics ), delete them through Categories->Tick the ones you want to delete, and options, delete. 

I think ( but I'm not sure ) there is a little module that allows you to clear all the demo stuff from your database, I'll lok into it and come back to you

Hi,

 

Indeed, turning 'demo mode' off, solved the issue from my dashboard

And PSCleaner erased all the sample data.
