[SOLVED] Store can not connect with the addon site prestashop.com

I have a shop prestashop 1.5.6 in operation for some time, and now I'm changing everything to version 1.6.0.14, made a new installation at another address of a paid provider I use for some time (intelhost.com.br). ... so far so good ....

In the Admin panel prestashop in the MODULE menu is where you notice more problems ....

1 Access or register on ADDON the prestashop ..... access: NOT LOGA (following screen print attached) register: directs you to an error page 404 of prestashop.com.

2nd When it finishes installing prestashop, it tracks more than 100 modules, some already installed and other direct is the link prestashop.com ..... it is these who disappeared .... all that were installed is recorded in the folder ftp .... altogether now have 94 modules ...... for example, GOOGLE ANALYTIC module that was appearing, I had to download straight in prestashop.com to my PC and then send it to the ftp.

3. Do not update the modules that are already installed and language .... following print language update screen .....

 

And these problems appears in all my 3 prestashop facilities in the old store that has been operating in this I am ready to put in the air and another that just did the installation and nothing else .... so it's no configuration wrong store, is not my pc and the provider says it's not him ..... do not know where else to go ....

problem was resolved, the access provider was blocking the IP site prestashop.com

Neymar, eu não entendo nada disso, mas estou com o mesmo problema que você estava. Como faço para desbloquear o IP no servidor?
