Changing the CSS for one store when they are all on the same theme

Hi,

 

When I set up stores that use the same theme, and then go and change the CSS for one of the stores, it changes it for all of them. Is there a way to make changes to one store's CSS and design without affecting all of the stores that use the same global.css file in the theme? I heard mention of a Multistore CSS module, but I can't seem to find that.
