Idema Posted May 12, 2015 Share Posted May 12, 2015 (edited) Hello! Help me please. Prestashop through time does not consider shipping, to someone it is count, to someone do not. I've got the free shiping on amount of 100$, but it can write the "Free shipping" even if the cart has goods for 20$. I try to set up the same region to which it was not deemed delivery, and try to put the same goods into my cart, but for me Prestashop count the shipping. How to understand the reason why the shipping is not always counting.
