Force customer to register before being able to use shopping cart

I need to have a simple way to force customers to register before they can add items to the shopping cart....

 

Does anybody know how to do this?

back office-->customers-->groups

 

edit visitors/guest groups,  change cart block to no.

 

then you can add information that you require registration or login to shop.

Hi El Patron,

 

I turned off "shopping cart" for Visitor and Guest, cleared the cache etc but I am still seeing the Shopping Cart.....

 

Any ideas?
