[SOLVED] Modules Text Editor Problem

Under my modules >> text editor >> introductory text >> there are some errors when I click on Insert/Edit image, a window pops out but it appears blank. Same goes with Edit Html and everything that has a Pop Up window.

The error appear:

Hello,

I have the same problem with the TinyMCE. Every popup (insert table, edit html directly etc.) results in a blank window with a similar error.

I've just installed PrestaShop for the first time, so it is a clean install of the latest stable release.

Does anyone have a solution for this problem??

My problem was solved when I used another computer to open my admin page. The text editor tools did not appear blank when I use another comp! Try using another computer to open your admin page. I'm still figuring out if there's something wrong with my PC.

I turns out that in my case it was also a local problem, on another computer it works fine. Thank you for the tip.

I am having the same issue. On another computer the editor works fine, but on my laptop whichh is the one I want to use the most, the text editor pops up blank and does not work. Does anyone knows what I should do?
