highstair Posted May 12, 2015 Share Posted May 12, 2015 Hi, i recently had a failed attempt at upgrading prestashop and a failed rollback so lost everything and reverted back to some older files, which got my site up and running again but, now when customers place orders it does not send an email to them. Also there is no status within the order and when paying CC payment module no card details are on the order. I have re-installed ccpayment module - mailer - and now managed to upgrade prestashop and also changed themes, but still the same. I get the new order email and the order is in the backoffice but everything else is missing.
