El Patron Posted May 10, 2015 Share Posted May 10, 2015 check this, back office-->advanced parms-->performance scroll way down to the bottom do you have file cache active? If so then inactivate then retry. If this is not the case, enable PrestaShop debug mode (search if you do not know how). retry-see if you get error message...turn off debug mode when done, never leave enabled. robotzki Posted May 10, 2015 Author Share Posted May 10, 2015 Ok, i must say i feel a bit stupid now. I dont use the file cache, nor did i get erros in debug mode.
