Error 500 site does only work in mbile version

Hi can somebody please help me..

 

I am using prestashop 1.5.6.2 and since today it gives a 500 error in the desktop version. The mobile version is running correct.

check permissions recursivley for these folders (typically these are 755 with files 644).

cache/smarty/cache/

I´ve changed all the permissions of the maps to 755 and files to 644 but still get the same error..
