Issue with creating an account button

Hi there,

 

Some help needed – im a prestashop novice, but i modified a template

- purely look and feel - but im now having an issue with the "Create an account"

button on the account creation page.

When you click "submit" there is no response on the page

 

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
