My cart is broken please help

So a friends been helping me create my page.

I asked him to move my cart onto the top line of the page but when he did it i think it broke as it is now doing something weird can anyone help me.

I wanted my cart to sit in the far right beside the contact us link.

Im not sure why its saying there is something in the cart when there isn't.It's all extended i think it's broken 

My hope is to have them all along the top line ( i'm not sure what that is called) 

to put the contact us on the left hand side and remove the call us with number completely

and put the cart to the far right side on the same line

I managed to move the call us but the cart is still saying there is something in there when there isn't. I really don't know how to fix this am i going have to reinstall?

Thats a great link but i'm not sure it is the same issue i may be wrong though

So i manged to move it but now i'm wondering if the css code might show i have 2 carts perhaps and thats why it is doing something weird
