So I've finally setup multistore and I just have one question now. Where are the module files for the sub-domain stored in file manager? I've looked but I cannot find them. I've looked through all the documentation but unless I'm overlooking it, I cannot find it.

No one can help me with this? I've looked all through file manager and can not find the multistore files.

there are no by domain modules folder for muti-shop.  Either it's enabled/configured for that shop or it's not.  I hope that helps.

Thanks for the reply. So if I wanted to enable a module on my second site but not use it on my other site I can't do it? The issue I'm having is, I downloaded the agile multi-vendor and I don't want my main site to have the module I only want it enabled on the second site. The module requires me to go into the modules folder and make a few changes when I made those changes last time it caused my site to crash and not work again, so I thought it had to be a place where the second site kept the module files.

you can install/enable/disable/configure a ps compliant module by shop, simply select the shop context you want to work with on module page.  I do not know if the module you are working with in your example is mulitishop compliant that would be best asked of developer.

Hello. I have a question about multistore/multishop configuring that you might be aware of the answer and I will appreciate if you can enlighten me on this.

 

When creating a second shop of the same group you have the choice of sharing or not some attributes between the already existed base shop and the new one.

Among these attributes is the ability to share modules. So lets make the assumption that I chose to share all the modules and everything went ok as hopefully expected.

 

Now if I am to install a new module:

1. Do I have the choice to install it only to one shop and no the other?
2. If I do have this choice, can I duplicate (or install, I'm not sure what's the method) this same module with different configuration to work only for the second shop?

For example if I have two paypal accounts, one for each shop, can I install the first paypal module (with configuration) only for the first shop, and then duplicate this module only for the second shop (with the according different configuration)?
