Delivery Cost on Orders Split with multiple Warehouse

Hello

 

I have a prestashop website with two warehouses.

 

The orders are being split in two, which sounds great but for both I am getting the individual transport fee, therefore how can I keep the same transport fee on a order from two or multiple warehouses.

 

Context.

 

I have a carrier which for orders below 300 euro it's 20 euro per shipment, and above 300 it's free. Works smooth with a single warehouse.

 

But now if I place an order that has products from both warehouses I am getting on both orders the carrier fee so the client instead of 30 euro will have to pay 40 euro.

 

The carrier fee bugs me deeply.

 

How can I keep the same carrier fee for a order from two or multiple warehouses that keeps being broken.

 

Using Prestashop 1.6.0.9

Lastly how can I prevent the order from being broken in two.

At least how can stop the break in two orders, one order per warehouse ?

Problem Solved.

 

All you have to do is activate "Delayed Delivery" that will allow a buyer to acquire a product that is not you Main Warehouse but it is in your secondary one. The on the order will appear "that you have no stock", make a the stock movement for that product and only one order and one fee on the carrier.
