How to create a custom page (landing page) with custom url?

Hello everyone, I am a little new to Prestashop and am developing a module for external authentication service (like google, twitter, etc.) and it is necessary that one has a landing page that will return the code by get. I have already created the module and could write the information that I want (like id and security id app), but do not know how to create a method to have a landing url something like: http://mydomain.com/landing_page?code=1&token=123

 

If anyone can show me a way to do so!
