Discount Price not Displaying Correctly

In the step 1 (summary) of the order confirmation, even though I have not applied any discount to any product, all the products are displayed with the total price crossed-out and below the total price again.
 
Three things to note.
 
1. If I have a few products in the cart, all of them show the described problem, if however I eliminate one of the products, the rest of the products display correctly.
 
2. If I refresh the page then the remaining products display the same problem again.
 
3. I have checked in shopping-cart-product-line.tpl and when it is executed the first time or refreshed, the value of product.is_discounted is set to 1 when it should be set to 0.
 
It seems that when a product is removed in the order summary page, the ajax process gets the correct value of the product.is_discounted variable but when it is refreshed, it gets an incorrect value.

 

You can replicate this issue in http://151.80.151.101/prestashop/ by adding one or more products to the cart and then confirm to start the order process.

This is not happening in any of the other screens, I am using the new-parure theme over prestashop 1.6.
 
Can anyone help me with this as I am completely blocked.
