Hide transport cart in users who are not registered .

Good afternoon , sorry for my English , I'm on the forum in Spanish and I come to ask for help here because there is more movement ..
I want to change for users who are not registered , that adding products in the cart does not leave them the price of transport or saying " Price to realize " message. And also that the summary of purchase, there also comes the cost of shipping or join in total , reaching transport selection summary purchase !

I know I have to modify the blockcart.tpl and shopping cart guess , but I find modifications for version 1.5.x I have the version 1.6.0.9

I wish someone could help me , I would be very grateful , because I only need it to finish my online store!

Any product price change for both kind of users ?

I want to remove the phrase shipping cost when visitors are in the module block cart and purchase summary.

If user is guest not logged in to system.
