Uhu Theme - no way to register new user or buy products, no way to 'see all products'

I have a theme from Uhu and I cannot find a way to contact the developer of the theme. I am setting up a site but I'm running into simple problems that an e-commerce site should support

 

Without playing with the sites coding, there is no way to register a new user. If I go through the process of buying a product, after I click 'proceed to checkout' it takes me to the prestashop backend login page. Once here, there is no way to make a new user thus anyone trying to buy a product is unable to continue (a pretty major downfall in an e-commerce site).

 

Also there is a button on all pages that says 'Log In' but clicking this takes you to the backend login page. The same also happens with a link titled 'My Account'.

 

Is this something I need to turn on?

to save time you may want to revert to ps default theme so you can continue to build your shop.

 

the developer does not even have a contact link on their shop, so in hind sight we learn from this (no support) and should be avoided.  

 

TIP: Always look at 3rd party modules/themes that they have active and healthy dev support.
