rfourt Posted April 22, 2015 Share Posted April 22, 2015 Hello..Has anyone solved the issue with Customer Service?We have set up IMAP and mails that are posted from the contact page looks normal and we then reply to the customer who normally replies by just replying to that message and when the reply comes back to us it creates firstly a new thread, even though the Ticket ID is in the subject and then also the email is unreadable.I have seen many posts about this but no solution and the worst part no official solution nor even an answer from PS staff.So im asking is there any solution or is there some on the way?
