Subcategory: how to do this?

I have a problem I do not know how to solve:

 

I have a main category, with two sublevels of main categories (subcategories), and a third level category (subcategorie) not so important. An example:

 

-> Nutrition and diet

  -> Products

      -> Many more subcategories.

  -> Supplements

      -> Many more subcategories.

 

I need that the category menu show me the main categories (in bold) deployed.
The problem is that if I set a non-dynamic menu, all categories and subcategories is deployed.

If I set a dynamic menu, I have to click on each category and subcategory to which they are displayed. No shows me the second level categories deployed

Add an image of what I do, it's so easy to understand.

 

I do not want to click to display the first level of subcategories.

I need this. The first subcategory shown, and second-level subcategories hidden until click.

 

Any way to do this ?. Do I need a module ?.
