Are there no customer queueing options? Is there a hack in customer groups for this?

Hi All,

 

My shop serves two purposes, service-related and of course selling product.

On the service end, is there a way for specific customers (I'm assuming I'll have to make a special customer group) to be placed in a job queue, and for them to be able to login and see where their spot in line is?

 

Has anyone heard of this before for Prestashop?

 

This would be a really great thing to implement.

 

If anyone has any ideas whatsoever, please chime in!

One of my thoughts is to make a new customer group dedicated for service work and then create new customer service message statuses.  I don't don't know if I can assign a queue for customers though.
