Am I hacked?

Hey guys,

 

I have finished my simple shop a couple months ago and havent changed my files at all. This morning i woke up and i see some mails from customers saying they can not register on the site.

 

This is the error:

TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to load form. Details: Error thrown: [object Object] Text status: parsererror

 

When i search on the net for this error people ask if they have edited the files or not. In my case I havent been editing my files at all.

 

What can I do? My shop is EDIT

 

Im afraid the site isnt safe anymore and might have a security leak. Please help

 

 

This store is a multishop, the second store works normal, site is  EDIT

 

I also noticed on EDIT that if i enable english as second language, I can succesfully create an account with english but not Nederlands (Dutch)
