order confirmation mail alert issue

Hi All!

 

I am getting an issue with mail orders alers where it does not fill in the last name. it shows as {LSTNAME}.

 

Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

You can change it from from back panel ->

Under  LOCALIZATION   ->  TRANSLATIONS.

In MODIFY TRANSLATIONS section ( will be first)..

Hi @sandipchandela ,thanks for your reply, but that is for translation. My issue is that in the email allerts it insert first name but it fails to insert last name of the customer. Please see the attached screenshot.

Hi, after more investigation I found the issue, in the Arabic mail templates, the field name is written wrongly  It is written as "{LSTNAME}" instead of "{LASTNAME}". How to report this to the developing team?

Change translation file from {LSTNAME} to {LASTNAME}.

Hi Mark, maybe because the site was down!, I am not sure who wrote first lol. Anyway, I opened them all in notepad++ and replaced them then uploaded them using ftp.
