Decrease stock with backoffice manual order

Hi,

 

I'm using 1.6.0.14 with advanced stock management feature.

When I buy an item the traditional way > add to cart > checkout & payment, the stock is decreased.

But I also sell products in our physical store.

When I create a manual order the stock is NOT decreased and leads in many stock errors.

 

What I've done so fare :

 

I created a group for my counter cashier : In Store

I created a customer for my counter cashier : name + address

I created a payment method : Pay on delivery... because there is no other smart payment method for such a need... (paid by VISA / check / cash in store)

 

I then create an order manually in back office :

 

- Select the cashier > add a product to his basket > select the payment (Pay on delivery)

- Hit create order and stock is NOT decreasing.

 

Although, the order is created, invoice as well. I can edit status etc, but stock doesn't move at all.

 

Is there anythjing "special" to do in order to get stock management working with manual orders ?
