La premiere est gere par la variable upload_max_filesize et elle est pa 1G

1- Poids maximum des fichiers joints Mégaoctets

Définissez la taille maximale des fichiers joints (en mégaoctets). Maximum : 1G 

 

2- Limite de téléchargement de fichiers Mégaoctets

 

Définit la limite de téléchargement pour un produit. Cette valeur doit être inférieure ou égale à celle de votre serveur.(1 MB).

 

3- Limite de téléchargement d'images Mégaoctets

Définit la limite de téléchargement pour une image. Cette valeur doit être inférieure ou égale à celle de votre serveur(1 MB).

The technicians made attempts but is not convinced that the problem comes from the server. The parameter that should be a 1G is 1024 MB and the other two are a 1 Mb as shown.

 

He wonders if these parameters are not controls by configs files. We have server no limitation on the kind of luxurious 1 MB server.

 

What variable in php.ini handles variables.

1- Maximum weight of attachments Megabytes

Set the maximum size of attachments (in megabytes). Maximum: 1G

 

2 file download limit Megabytes

 

Sets the download limit for a product. This value must be less than or equal to that of your server. (1 MB).

 

3- image download limit Megabytes

Sets the download limit for a picture. This value must be less than or equal to that of your server (1 MB)

Hi there guys

My pdf user guide does not load in the attachments section  ps 1.6

I tried pdf optimisation but it still doesn't load even though I reduced the file size from 40.67 mb to 28.29 mb. In presta shop I increased the max file size for attachments to10 mb? any ideas??  Another is that the upload quota is server related don't know what to do. I have a pdf in english and one in french for the same product. Could the one file be 'blocking ' the french user  guide? 

any ideas are welcome
