How to modify the speed of the homepage's slide?

Hello,

In the homepage's slide, I modify the speed and nothing changes (Prestashop 1.6.0.14).

Does anyone have a solution without return an older version of the module?

You can  try clearing your cache to see if the new settings have been applied by CTRL + F5 and 

 

BO

 

Advance parameters >> Performance >> clear cache ( right top corner)..to see the new changes.

 

OR

 

You can try this homeslider module that was from the 1.6.0.8 see the attached file.

However you may need to uninstall and delete your existing module to use this old one.I hope it works.

 

OR 

 

The other solution is that you can try using the slider Everywhere module...This module is free and has a lot more customization options.

I don't want to change the version o the module and your solution don't work. So I change in the program homeslide.js directly.

 

//if (typeof(homeslider_speed) == 'undefined') homeslider_speed = 10000;

homeslider_speed = 1500;
