FIH
Hi new to Prestashop and apologies if this has been raised. I have set up the store and all was working fine until I got my host to install my SSL certificate. the normal www works fine but the https has a redirection error. I have looked and looked for solution and ones on-line that seem similar do not appear to work. My host say there is:- "You have a redirect script in your hosting space that is redirecting all requests to non ssl addressTherefore the SSL isn't displaying at the moment as every time a request is made to https it is redirecting back to non-SSL." I really have no idea why this is. Can anyone help please? Edit. I have managed to make the site work by forcing Preferences > General > Force the SSL on all the pages to on. this is working but not ideal so a solution to the above would be appreciated. Added 12/04/15.. Could it be the .htacess file? if so how can i regenerate it? Added 14/04/15 Anyone any ideas where this hidden redirect may be hiding? Added 16/04/15 Any ideas before I revert back to Zencart which never had this problem? Added 21/04/15 OK Reverted to Zencart as there does not appear to be any solution to he above issue.
