Change Background colour box for Log in page.

Hi, 

 

In the customer login page, there are 2 divs, one for creating a new account and one for login, both of these have a background box (white colour), how can i change the colour of these two boxes please?

 

The same goes for the CMS block above the footer on the home page, it also has a white box background colour. Where can I change the colour for that.
