[SOLVED][BO] Entire top menu thruncated into 3 dots, without changes made ?

I prefer to have my menu at the top.

 

 

But today, when i logged in backoffice, the entire thing was thruncated into 3 small dots instead of a menu.

 

 

Now why would it suddenly do that  ?

EDIT : Updating to 1.6.0.14 solved it
