Unable to configure favicon and other images

Hi,

I have question realted to configuring of template - I can't upload any logo or icon.
After click to "CONFIGURE" -> "Templates" -> tab "Logo" ... I can see "Logo of header", but there is no button "Add file" (you can see in ). I have two eshops and this problem appear only in one of them (version for both is 1.6.0.14).

I have same problem when i want to upload e.g. image for category of product.

Could you please help me how to fix this issue?
