[HELP] Customer cannot login, cannot sign out, and cannot add to bag

Hi Sir / Madam,

 

We would like to ask your guys help for some problems we found on our site using prestashop. We just make our site live last week,

However, later we found many problem related with :

 

1) customer cannot login

2) customer cannot sign out

3) customer add goods to cart, but when they checking out, the cart becomes empty again.

4) when checking out, cannot find address

5) cannot login into prestashop backend.

 

However if we using Google Chrome in incognito mode, we can get rid of above problem. Some problems happened in Mozilla firefox, but good in Chrome, some people found the problem in Chrome, but running well in firefox.

 

Could you please help to identify the problem about this? I try to read from google search, and it seems that some prestashop user also find same problem, however there’s no clear solution (we tried to implement all solution found on website) but not solved yet.
