Shipping cost becomes zero for some customers sometimes

Recommended Posts

Hello Techies,

I have properly configured shipping cost to apply 15% to all prices when Customers is in NZ. but one of my customers who is in NZ purchased a goods but the shipping cost became 0.00 instead of actual 15% shipping cost. It happens rarely. so i would like to know if there is any solution for this or we can re check the shipping cost anywhere to proceed properly.

your help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Bit confused by your 15% to all prices. How did you achieved that? Handling cost per product? Global handling cost ? Special module?

If u are using ranges, the most probable cause you have "hole" within your ranges.

Review the page, the first value you enter is GREATER OR EQUAL, while the second is STRICTLY LOWER, hence the first number is the exact same number as the last numbre of the previous column

Sorry i was wrong, actually i set shipping cost $7.99 to all NZ customers but it is not working it is automatically set $0.00 for some user sometimes. but the same user next time checks it is working. i thought it could be technical issue..
