Regenerate Thumbnails Issues

Hi,

 

Problem 1:

I added all product photos to my site and attempted to change the thumbnail size.  The site keeps timing out and never finishes.  

 

My developer said he read up on the server settings and all timeout settings are correctly setup.  It does take just about 5 minutes before it actually times out.

 

We're running on a Windows Server and read that Prestashop may run better on Linux.  I purchased a Linux hosting account from GoDaddy and restored my database from my original site.  I then moved my img / P folder over so my images would appear.  This brings us to...

Problem 2:

On the new site I created I chose to regenerate thumbnails and the page instantly loads a blank page.  The original site at least worked for a bit but the new site instantly goes to a blank page: http://www.corsetbride.com/6gk4uomptaipkwah/index.php?controller=AdminImages&token=64fb02810904f95b99a861fdd128213a
 

I've tried enabling all cache options and disabling them as well.  Any suggestions?
