I understand that if I just refund through PayPal directly, I will still be charged 20p by PayPal. I am bring to action a 'Partial Refund' through the shop, but it is confusing. It says something about needing to 'generate a voucher' The partial refund page asks Quantity (which in this case is 2) Amount - the original was £13.20, do I leave that there? Shipping (which was£4.03) And then there are 2 boxes. - Restock products - Fine that's clear what that means and then 'generate a voucher' If I select generate a voucher. does this just give the customer a voucher to spend in my shop, or does it mean that she will be fully refunded in her PayPal account, and I will not be charged the PayPal handling charge of 20p?
