1 Click Upgrade not working.

I am trying to upgrade from 1.6.0 to 1.6.14 or latest version.  

 

I get the following error.

 

[Ajax / Server Error for action backupDb] textStatus: "error " errorThrown:"Forbidden " jqXHR: "

Forbidden

 

You don't have permission to access /shop/admin8803/autoupgrade/ajax-upgradetab.php on this server.

 

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 

I have checked the permissions on the whole autoupgrade directory and everything undernewith including ajax-upgradetap.php.  They are all 755 

 

Can anyone help with this problem
