Tags block not showing anywhere on front end, please help.

For some reason I can not figure out how to display product tags on the product page. I thought they were there by default.

version 1.6 just updated.

 

I have three tags set up is there a minimum before they show? There are also tags for all products. Creating and editing them is no problem having them display on the front end is.

 

 

Just in case it's related - I disabled the manufacture block and then tried to re enable it with no success, it there some sort of maintenance that I need to do?

Just trying to figure this out.  Does the the tag block not showing have anything to do with positions? or is it tied into a different type of module I might have turned off?

For version 1.6.x Your'll need to look in the comments. 

 

Another way to tackle this would be the paid module "Related Products by Products tag"  

 

Selecting more than one category for each product is another way to gain more exposure for your products.
