categories move problem from shop1 to shop2 (multistore config)

I configured Prestashop in multistore mode through virtual url. I have a program that manage price lists of our suppliers and it performs their export directly on prestashop site. This program uploads images and products, and it also creates categories and subcategories exactly as they are set by the program itself.

 

Upload is performed properly, both for categories and products with related images.

 

The problem is showing when I have to associate memberships of each category: throuhg multistore options I remove the check from some categories of store 1 in order to enter them in store 2, but this operation corrupts everything. 

 

In fact, after this operation, I cannot see subcategories and related products of the main store (prestashop is showing them empty). Meanwhile, if I chose one of the moved categories in store 2, I received the 404 page not found error. 

 

Can someone explain me why, and also the correct procedure to follow? I am using prestashop 1.6.0.14
