Custom additional shipping fee for special items

Hello,

we have a store where we need to set up custom additional shipping fee for particular items. This fee does not depend on quantity, weight or any other features. It's just simple +€X for shipping per item.

We also give a free shipping for large orders, but if order contains that specific item, fee should still remain. Basically what we want is this:

 

Sample cart 1:

 

Standard item €100
Shipping: €10 (standard shipping fee)

 

Sample Cart 2:

 

Special luxury item €300
Shipping: €30 (€10 standard shipping fee +€20 special shipping fee)

 

Does anyone has a clue hot to set it up? Maybe there any modules for that?
