newbie87
Question can this be done? Currently, I have two sections of bulleted info on every product that need to be separated in order to better fit the PS description area. Section One provided specific details about the product (height, length color, etc) . Section Two provides additional info such as whether or not the item can be shipped internationally, if deferred billing is available etc. The features in Section One are different for every product. Features in Section Two are the same for every product. But, the values for each product are different. Using the shortcode tab does not accomplish the goal. I can add the Section Two features on the tab page but the values cannot be edited or changed for each product. The Features function has all of the info needed for both Sections so, I can add customized/predefined values as needed. Since Features are accessed by a tab built into the cart, that works perfectly for Section One. But if I add all of the features/values from both sections, the tab page is too long. I want to do the same thing on a separate tab (Extra Tips) and input both the features and the values. The perfect solution will allow me to select the applicable feature/s , enter a customized or predefined value and display it correctly under an Extra Tips tab on the customer page. One option is to duplicate and rename the Features output page but, I do not know how to create access to it from the backend or get it to show on the front end. Another option is to copy just the output code/scripting for the features fields that I need to a shortcode tab but I do not know what to look for or where to find it in the backend. Can this be done? And, if so, what is the best way to proceed? Thanks in advance for suggestions/help.
