Help with moving to new domain name!

Hi, I am having a hard time moving my store to a new domain name i have installed the database but i keep getting the message 

Link to database cannot be established: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user 'sugarlover_co_'@'10.246.64.15' (using password: YES)

 

in my browser when i try to look at my store, i am using 1.6.0.9

I have sorted the error but getting white screen now!

Ok the important when you change is 

 

 

- Fix your settings.ini.php

- Changes the url on the database

 

If you got a black screen turn on develop mode to see errors

 

goto to defines.inc.php an change

 

define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false);

 

to 

 

define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true);
