ttriumpho Posted March 21, 2015 Share Posted March 21, 2015 Hi, Recently I have edited my .htaccess file for blocking some undesired bots, but after that, my store stopped working. People can still visit the store but some functions like buying and logging in stopped working. Also the Back Office stopped working. When I log in to my BO, all the usual opening stat panel info (in the dashboard) just keep showing rotating arrows like its loading, but it never ends. The BO menus also are not working, it shows only the main menus like category, clients, etc., but the underlying sub-menus don't show up (see image attached). I have already completely restored all my www/ file from my backup, including the .htacces file, but nothing changed. I cleared all my browsers' caches and history (I am using IE and Chrome), but also didn't work. I find that very odd!! I contacted my hosting service, but they said the configuration and options are ok and no recent updates have been made. Can anyone please help me? Any hint or clue can help since I have no idea where to go. I an using Prestashop 1.6.0.9 Thanks everyone. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
