Theme Options Don't Update - Madame Theme

So, after getting my friends site all imported and up and running he asked me to change the contact details from the old owner to him.

 

This should have been one of the easiest tasks I'd need to do surely.

 

His site is running the Madame Theme, I login and goto the WD Madame Theme Settings module and click configure then go into Theme Info.

 

I see all the things I want to update, I click on them, edit them and click on the Change Update Button on screen.

 

Go back into the module and all the old settings are there.

 

So, this is a site that was hosted else where, I moved for him, loaded all the SQL etc.  Have I missed something with permissions somewhere that's stopping this file updating.

 

I looked in the MySQL tables but don't see something that's actually storing this data, couldn't find any sort of file in the theme folder storing it, so I don't know where it is.

 

Any ideas on why it won't change via the module? or how to get around the problem elsewhere?

Should have said if it's important that the Module is wdoptionpanel.  This doesn't exist in the /public_html/theme/modules but in the /public_html/modules/
