500 Internal Server Error if SEO Friendly URL is active

Hi,

 

I have a problem with my prestashop 

If i set on the SEO & Friendly URL

 

only the homepage work... and when i click on any button/ link

 

i get this:

 

"Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at [email protected] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

 

if i let the SEO & Friendly off it`s work fine.

 

I try every think i find about the 500 internal server error and nothing.

 

I have prestashop 1.6.0.9, php version 5.4.38 and other 3 web-shops  in presta on the same server and they work fine.
