awkwarddev
As the title says guys! I used the free theme installator module I found in this site to install a free theme which actually turned my front and back offices to blank page. I need to revert the changes, but I have no idea how. Any help is appreciated! I do have some programming knowledge to back any manual changes needed. Guest
If you cant get access to front or back office you are a bit stuck. Did you take any backups before the installation? Just in case it is a cache issue on your own computer, try deleting all local caches, or use a different computer Ask your host if they have any backups they can restore for you
awkwarddev
I didn't made any backups and I am hosting it all on my PC. All I did is install the theme and caboom, blank page everywhere. I'm currently brainstorming through the DB to find a way to revert manually the theme switch. I believe if I configure the default theme to be again the default's prestashop it'll be fixed. And for the record, yes, I cannot access neither the front, neither the back office! Guest
What version of prestashop? Which theme? Was the theme compatible with your version of prestahop? I do not know if the switch can be made in the database, but others may be able to help if they know the versions
