Problem with updating CSS files.

Hi guys!

Need your help.

Im stuck with my prestashop page. I cant do anything with CSS files. 

When i change the file and upload it back to the server nothing happens. 

 

I have done everything to make new udates show on my webpage, but nothing happens. 

I tried to clear cache, I have force compilation turned on , i have tried to clear cache on my browsers. I know that probably im doing something wrong, because im a newbie to all this.

 

Please give me step by step instuctions on this

What are you trying to change in which css file?

Im trying to change global.css  Trying to put picture background on the page. 

I was tring to change HelperForm.php too, bcause when i tried to add new products category i get an error (Id must be filled for categories tree

at line 97 in file classes/helper/HelperForm.php.) In forums i found out what and where to change to make everything right. But nothing changes after editing and aploading those files. 

This is my last post for today, i wont be able to replay, because this i my first post. In case of any more questions ill answer tomorrow.

I have the module "Smoke backround" newly installed and then uninstalled. The problem is now fixed. Probably the error occurs when a module is not uninstalled properly.
