Unable to Add additional products in back office

Hi, 

 

I have a customer that wants to add another item to their order. I want to do this in the back office. 

 

When I goto their order., the "Add Product" button is missing. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

 

I am using 1.6.0.9

I think I have figured it out. 

 

It will not let you add any additional products if the delivery slip has already been generated. 

 

You can change when this is done in the BO. 

 

BO/Orders/Statuses 

 

and untick delivery.

 

I have only selected delivery on the status "shipped"
