keitaro Posted March 4, 2015 Share Posted March 4, 2015 Hello, Since latest updated i cannot close orders made prior to update i get errors. I tried many things even restored old data base before and it just fails but new orders are fine. Can some one tell me how i could close an order manually in the data base so i can manually send shipped emails and close the order off. Thanks in advance. keitaro Posted March 4, 2015 Author Share Posted March 4, 2015 hello i went from .11 to .13 i just noticed some of the orders old can be changed but some cannot here is link to issue https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/420990-cannot-accept-payment-status-or-ship-status/ i have 2 orders 1 paypal remotely accepted. 1 is bank wire both fail same error. so it`s not payment module related i think.
