Shopping cart image clickable ?

Hi,

in all the other themes I have used the shopping cart image and all of the text that follows was clickable to go through to the order page but in my theme now only the single word cart is clickable.

How can I make at least the shoppingcart.png linkable to the order page as well as the word cart.

found this in global.css
