Not showing shipment fees before doing all the choices

Hello!

 

I’ve searched a lot but I didn’t find any resolution to my requirement….

 

I’d like not to show any shipment fee before choosing the delivery address or the shipment because the fees depends on this, and the price shown is usually more expensive… I  attached a screenshot, sorry it’s in Spanish, but no one answered me when I asked in the Spanish forum
